About this role
For a private family in Jeddah, we are searching for a UK & European-trained Concierge Physician for a stable, live-in role. Should the family charter a yacht for the season, you accompany them as part of the appointment, never as an afterthought. When you travel with the family, all local arrangements (visa, licensing and coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers. Medical Staff Talent vets the concierge physician's credentials and presents the shortlist; the family, not the agency, is the employing party.
Requirements
- We require a medical degree and current registration as a family medicine physician (GP), granted by a UK or European regulator. Bring 5 years of clinical experience, and the more precise your record, the better. Training and registration in the UK or Europe is the benchmark for this concierge physician role, confirmed with the awarding institution. You will be asked to sign a strict confidentiality agreement, and the standard is set from the first conversation. Stays in Europe with the family form part of the role, and we confirm availability before any introduction.
Benefits
- Compensation sits at £240,000 per year, with accommodation and travel included, gross, structured for lasting retention. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. In Jeddah you live within the family's residence: the role is live-in and single-status. Return flights home are provided by the family, giving the concierge physician a predictable rhythm of work and rest. No third party sits on the contract, with nothing left ambiguous. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
