When you travel with the family, all local arrangements (visa, licensing and coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers. Requirements

• Our baseline is a medical degree and current registration as a family medicine physician (GP), registered in the UK or Europe. The concierge physician should have 5 years of clinical work to draw on, reviewed in detail during assessment. We judge the concierge physician against UK and European professional standards, since the standard of clinical assessment must be demonstrable. Professional English and full confidentiality are both mandatory, and we confirm it at the verification stage. The family's travel calendar will shape your own, while keeping the same precise standard of care.

Benefits

• The offer is £240,000 per year, with accommodation and travel included, gross. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. You live within the family's residence: the role is live-in and single-status. Time off is agreed in advance, and the family values long-standing relationships.
