About this role
A private family in Abu Dhabi is appointing a UK & European-trained Concierge Physician to a long-term, confidential role. This appointment demands a clinician who is at ease in a private residence, as the family prizes a quiet, uninterrupted home. Journeys between Abu Dhabi, Switzerland and the Mediterranean are part of the working pattern, while the quiet standards of the Abu Dhabi residence stay unchanged. When you travel with the family, all local arrangements (visa, licensing and coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers. The family itself engages the concierge physician; we verify first, then introduce.
Requirements
- A family medicine physician (GP) holding up-to-date UK or European registration, with a spotless professional record. Experience of 2+ years in concierge medicine, with the steadiness that a residence requires. The family asks for UK or European training, verified by us; we review it carefully for the Abu Dhabi residence. You must communicate in confident English, and discretion in all things is non-negotiable. Freedom to travel internationally is expected; the family's medical oversight must stay consistent from place to place.
Benefits
- Gross compensation of £240,000 per year, with accommodation and travel included, applies, with the stability of a long-term post. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Private accommodation is provided within the family's residence: the role is live-in and single-status. You receive paid leave, with flights home provided by the family; security of tenure suits a concierge physician who wants a settled life in Abu Dhabi. Time abroad carries no cost to you, as the family provides flights and accommodation, which keeps the family's medical oversight free of practical worry. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
