Concierge Physician — Permanent Concierge Placement — Dubai

This is a confidential Concierge Physician mandate for a private family in Dubai, open to UK & European-trained clinicians. Seasons away from Dubai, in Geneva and beyond, are spent with the family and in your care, mostly under your own judgement. When you travel with the family, all local arrangements (visa, licensing and coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers. The family contracts with you directly; we are not a party to the agreement, so expectations around a permanent concierge placement role are clear from the start.

Requirements

• Applicants must be registered family medicine physicians (GPs) from the UK or European systems, able to hold unsupervised responsibility. A record of 3 or more years in practice is needed, some of it in day-to-day medicine. We place concierge physicians whose training and licence belong to the UK or European systems, as the foundation for your own judgement. You need confident, professional English, as is your written agreement to confidentiality. We verify each concierge physician's registration, references and training before any introduction, which matters most when the post carries independent judgement.

Benefits

• The gross package for this concierge physician post is £240,000 per year, with accommodation and travel included, set for a permanent concierge placement appointment in Dubai. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Accommodation within the family's residence is arranged and paid for by the family, which suits a permanent concierge placement post. You sign with the family itself, never with us, and the terms for medical care are agreed openly. The family is the employer and signs the contract with you directly, which protects your autonomy as a concierge physician. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer.
