Concierge Physician — Live-In Medical Continuity — Dubai

We are recruiting a UK & European-trained concierge physician for a private family in Dubai, for a confidential live-in medical continuity position. Time abroad with the family is part of the work, as regular health reviews and a calm daily rhythm of availability matter as much abroad as at home. When you travel with the family, all local arrangements (visa, licensing and coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers. Your employer is the family itself, under a direct contract, with Medical Staff Talent limited to introducing and verifying.

Requirements

• Applicants must be a registered family medicine physician (GP), UK or European trained, proven in preventive health, longevity planning and urgent clinical decisions. We look for 2 years in clinical practice since qualifying, because the family values longevity of service. UK or European qualification is the only route into this appointment. Excellent written and spoken English is needed for notes, handovers and conversations, and strict discretion is a condition of the post. We verify your qualifications and registration ourselves before any introduction, which keeps the process clean for everyone.

Benefits

• Remuneration is gross, set at £240,000 per year, with accommodation and travel included, set with long-term retention in mind. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Accommodation within the family's residence in Dubai is arranged and paid for by the family. The family gives generous paid leave each year, alongside a contract designed for long-term stability. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
