A private household in Doha is looking for a UK & European-trained concierge physician to take up the household clinical continuity appointment. The appointment needs dependable medical authority and trust that grows over years. Whether the family is in Doha, in London or on the Riviera, you are expected to join them, because familiar faces matter most away from home. When you travel with the family, all local arrangements (visa, licensing and coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers. You sign with the family from the outset, following our introduction and checks on your credentials and references.

Requirements

• Candidates need a recognised family medicine (GP) qualification with unrestricted registration granted by a UK or European regulator. The family expects 2+ years of post-qualification clinical work. Our shortlists include only clinicians trained and licensed in the UK or Europe, with registration verified in advance. Professional English along with strict confidentiality undertakings are expected from day one. Tact, calm authority and a trusted presence at home are required. You need to be able to travel internationally and hold a valid passport.

Benefits

• The gross package is £240,000 per year, with accommodation and travel included, on a permanent basis, set for the concierge physician role. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Your concierge physician appointment includes, at the family's cost, accommodation within the family's residence and journeys. Annual leave on full pay, home flights and a stable, settled routine come with the appointment. The family appoints you personally, after we have introduced and verified you. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice.
