About this role
An Abu Dhabi family is appointing a UK & European-trained Concierge Physician to a confidential, live-in post. The family wants a doctor who knows them well enough to spot changes early and act quickly. Spring trips to Paris, summers in London and a winter ski week in Saint Moritz are part of the year. When you travel with the family, all local arrangements (visa, licensing and coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers. You will run their annual executive health reviews.
Requirements
- You hold a full licence to practise family medicine (general practice) in the UK or Europe. You have practised for 5+ years since registration, a good part of it unsupervised. Executive or private medicine experience is a strong advantage. English is fluent and you are naturally discreet. We confirm your standing with the regulator and speak with senior referees.
Benefits
- A gross remuneration of £240,000 per year, with accommodation and travel included, is offered for this post. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. The family covers your accommodation within its residence, and your travel. Leave is agreed around the family's diary. The appointment is a direct contract between you and the family.
