About this role
In Dubai, a private family wishes to appoint a UK & European-trained Concierge Physician for a long-term, in-residence appointment. The post rewards a methodical approach to clinical assessment, in a private setting where confidence matters. As the family moves between Dubai, London and the Mediterranean, the concierge physician remains the family's single point of clinical contact. When you travel with the family, all local arrangements (visa, licensing and coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers. Verification of the concierge physician's qualifications is ours; the family, as employer, agrees terms with you directly.
Requirements
- A verified record of a medical degree and current registration as a family medicine physician (GP) is the first requirement, issued within the UK or Europe. The concierge physician should have 2 years of clinical work to draw on, assessed through references and a structured interview. We shortlist the concierge physician exclusively from UK and European training systems, and we test it against the original certificates. A signed NDA is a condition of this appointment, and the NDA applies before, during and after the appointment. You will need to be at ease with frequent travel, and your clinical assessment routine must adapt without lowering standards.
Benefits
- The appointment is paid at £240,000 per year, with accommodation and travel included, gross, reflecting the level of responsibility. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Relocation to Dubai is arranged by the family, and you live within the family's residence: the role is live-in and single-status. The family offers a permanent footing, so you can plan your life beyond Dubai. The signed agreement is yours and the family's, with every term agreed in writing. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
