A family residing in Riyadh is recruiting a UK & European-trained concierge physician for the family's confidential household appointment. The role calls for calm clinical judgement backed by a clear head in every situation. When plans take the family abroad from Riyadh, you accompany them as a matter of course, and the trust built at home carries across borders. When you travel with the family, all local arrangements (visa, licensing and coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers. The employment relationship is with the family in a direct agreement, while we stay on as your introducer.
Requirements
- You hold a recognised family medicine (GP) qualification with unrestricted registration from a UK or European body. The family expects 2+ years of independent clinical practice to build lasting trust with a family. We introduce only those trained and registered in the UK or Europe, with credentials confirmed at the start. Fluent English and a signed confidentiality agreement are prerequisites for the role. Complete discretion, good judgement and ease around a private household are essential. You need to be comfortable with frequent travel and a flexible routine with a valid passport.
Benefits
- A gross £240,000 per year, with accommodation and travel included, is offered, for a permanent post, based in Riyadh. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Your concierge physician appointment includes, at the family's cost, a place to live within the family's residence in Riyadh, and flights. Annual leave on full pay, travel home each year and long-term security are provided by the family. The family is your employer directly, with trust established at the point of introduction. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
