Davis Jewelers is looking for an energetic, personable, and hospitality-minded professional to be one of the first faces guests see when visiting their beautiful Louisville showroom.

This is much more than a traditional receptionist or front desk position. As a Hospitality Concierge, you'll help set the tone for an exceptional luxury shopping experience, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for.

You don't need a background in fine jewelry to succeed here. We're looking for someone who brings warmth, professionalism, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for serving others.

What You'll Do

• Create an Exceptional Guest Experience

• Greet every guest with genuine enthusiasm, warmth, and professionalism.

• Create a welcoming first impression that reflects Davis Jewelers' commitment to exceptional hospitality.

• Offer refreshments, assist guests while they wait, and anticipate their needs.

• Help guests feel comfortable and valued, whether they're visiting for a special occasion, a purchase, or a service appointment.

• Work closely with the sales team to ensure guests are connected with the appropriate team member.

• Support Showroom & Front Desk Operations

• Answer incoming phone calls professionally and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.

• Maintain a welcoming, polished, and organized reception and hospitality area.

• Assist with light administrative tasks and daily showroom operations.

• Communicate effectively with team members to help manage guest arrivals and showroom activity.

• Support hospitality needs during special events and busy shopping periods.

• Be a Team Player

• Collaborate with sales, service, and operations teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.

• Remain attentive and proactive during busy periods.

• Take initiative to help wherever needed.

• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment where every detail matters.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, reception, retail customer service, or another people-focused role.
• Naturally friendly, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with people from all walks of life.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional presentation and a welcoming demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive, composed attitude.
• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable answering phones and performing basic computer and administrative tasks.
• Willingness to work Saturdays and additional hours during peak retail seasons. Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following environments is especially valuable:

• Upscale hotels, resorts, or guest services
• Fine dining restaurants or restaurant hosting
• Luxury retail or specialty boutiques
• Hospitality concierge or guest relations
• Front desk reception or client services
• Event hospitality or VIP guest services Luxury retail or fine jewelry experience is a plus, but not required.

Schedule & Availability

This is a full-time, on-site position at Davis Jewelers in Louisville, Kentucky.

The schedule includes weekday hours and Saturday availability. During peak selling seasons, team members may share additional hours, including Sundays in December and evenings for special events throughout the year.
