About the location:

This incredible hotel project located in the capital of Morocco sits on 15 acres and consists of 13 buildings for accommodation, restaurants, lobby, located within lush gardens, in and outdoor pools and overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

## The Role of Concierge:

We currently have an opportunity for a Concierge to join our Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr team in Morocco.

Reporting to the Chief Concierge, the Concierge is responsible for creating exceptional and personalized experiences for guests by providing expert recommendations, arranging bespoke services, and ensuring every stay is memorable. As an ambassador of both Four Seasons and the destination, the Concierge assists guests with dining reservations, transportation, entertainment, cultural activities, shopping recommendations, wellness experiences, and special requests while maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

Responsibilities include coordinating guest requests, developing tailored itineraries, arranging tours and experiences, maintaining strong relationships with local partners and service providers, and ensuring timely follow-up on all guest inquiries. The Concierge works closely with Front Office, Guest Experience, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other hotel departments to deliver seamless service, anticipate guest needs, and exceed expectations at every opportunity.

The successful candidate will possess a genuine passion for hospitality and destination experiences, consistently creating meaningful connections and unforgettable moments for guests while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

Our Ideal Concierge Candidate Will Have:

Candidates should have previous experience in Concierge, Guest Relations, Front Office, or a guest-facing role within a luxury hotel, resort, or hospitality environment.

The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong destination knowledge, and a passion for creating extraordinary guest experiences. You are highly organized, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple requests simultaneously while maintaining exceptional service standards.

You will demonstrate professionalism, discretion, emotional intelligence, and a proactive approach to guest service. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to build lasting relationships with guests and local partners are essential.

Experience with Opera PMS, concierge platforms, and luxury hospitality service standards is highly desirable.

Fluency in English, French, and Arabic is required for this role, along with eligibility to work in Morocco.
