The work
Use your professional concierge experience to help evaluate AI responses. You will write realistic prompts, review the answers, and provide clear, structured feedback.
- Create prompts based on real estate concierge and guest-service situations.
- Review responses about local attractions, dining, events, travel, reservations, and special requests.
- Assess practical judgment, task handling, and clear communication.
- Evaluate scenarios involving errands, luggage, business services, special events, and support for special needs.
- Explain your decisions in feedback that helps improve the model's understanding of concierge work and workplace language.

- Pay: Up to $60 per hour, depending on the project.
- Hours: 20+ hours per week, with flexible scheduling.
- Location: Remote; open to candidates in the United States.

- Professional background: At least four years of experience in real estate concierge or closely related concierge work.
- Skills: Fluent in English, strong written communication, and the ability to work independently and asynchronously.
- Relevant experience: Assisting guests with local information, reservations, dining, events, or travel, and handling unique requests, special events, special needs, errands, luggage, or business services.
- Helpful background: Arranging specialized services, coordinating complex guest requests, and balancing multiple service needs.
