About the Role Join Live Nation as Concessions Staff at Ace of Spades in Sacramento. You’ll provide friendly food, beverage, and concessions service in a fast-paced concert hall environment, helping deliver an exceptional venue experience for guests. What You'll Do
- Serve Food, Beverages and Concessions in Concert Hall environment.
- Communicate with and work with kitchen staff and Manager to keep line stocked.
- Perform Opening/Running/Closing duties according to Service Standards
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and polite manner
- Keep floor neat, clean and free of food, trash and other obstacles throughout shift
- Clean all spills immediately, use floor signs to caution guests and staff
- Put all trash and recyclable products in proper receptacles
- Clean and stock line to par throughout shift
- Keep current on all standard operating procedures
- Stay informed of current menu items and descriptions
- Follow private party service guidelines to ensure event success
- Assist Other Employees as needed
- Follow all safety standards
- Required to occasionally work Special Events that are scheduled throughout the venue What We're Looking For
- High volume kitchen operations
- Food Service as either an Expeditor or Server in a high-volume environment
- Exceptional communication skills
- Sense of Urgency
- Time Management
- Kitchen sanitation standards
- Critical thinking and decision making
- High School diploma Nice to Have
- Point of Sales experience
