WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• General accounting work and closing Ensure the maintenance and monitoring of all accounting operations related to subsidiary and general ledger accounts, including fixed assets, payroll, and group accounts, in compliance with accounting standards and internal procedures. Carry out monthly closing operations: purchase, general expenses, and sales cut-off, in collaboration with Management Control; accounting and monitoring of provisions and accrued expenses; intercompany reconciliation; review and justification of accounts; calculation of tax result and taxes (corporate income tax and interim tax).
• Analysis and reporting tasks Perform all tasks related to the production of monthly IFRS reporting: analyses and coherence checks, resolution of interco discrepancies. Be the interlocutor for the Accounting Department and Management Control.
• Tax, customs, and wage-related declarations Prepare and file tax declarations (VAT, CVAE, C3S, TVS, DAS2, etc.), customs (DES), and wages-related taxes and contributions (salary-related training tax, etc.). Respond to statistical obligations (INSEE and BdF surveys).
• Annual closing tasks Perform all tasks related to the production of annual financial statements: balance sheet, income statement, appendix, management report, prospective management documents, etc. Prepare the tax package and supplementary declarations. Act as the interlocutor for the statutory auditors and Legal Department.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Mastery of general accounting rules and standard taxation.
• Proficiency with an ERP (SAP-type) and Excel.
• A 3- or 4-year degree in Finance (DCG, Master CCA, or DSCG).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a general accountant in a group or as an accounting associate in an accounting firm.
• Rigorous, pragmatic, curious, and team-oriented. Strong data analysis skills.
