About the Role This is an entry-level position on the Manufacturing Team responsible for compounding safe, sterile pharmaceuticals in accordance with SOPs and cGMPs. The role supports production schedules and participates in all aspects of the compounding process under supervision. What You'll Do
- Weigh materials using scales, balances, and load cells for batch additions.
- Set up aseptic filtration and perform filter integrity testing.
- Utilize blending, mixing, and other homogenization technologies.
- Perform mass/concentration calculations to determine batch dosing according to material potency.
- Stock, stage, and return production materials; gather and organize manufacturing supplies.
- Clean, assemble, sterilize, and tear down manufacturing equipment; maintain line clearances.
