Compounder Operator - 2nd Shift

About the Role Based in Clark, NJ, this Compounder Operator on the 2nd shift supports Kerry's Taste Division by batching formulas to meet quality, safety, and cost targets. The Clark site comprises two buildings with distinct product focuses—natural flavors/essential oils in the North building and savory seasonings and gravies in the South building. What You'll Do

• Compound formulas accurately by weight and ingredients, selecting the best methodology for the product.
• Apply working knowledge of all raw materials (mixing/heating) to ensure quality and consistency in batches.
• Utilize FIFO inventory rotation for all materials used.
• Operate pumps, mixers, scales, fork trucks, high density storage units, meters, and computers.
• Fill out daily scale logs prior to shift start; notify supervisor of discrepancies.
• Follow manufacturing instructions on formula batch sheet using proper compounding techniques.
• Properly label all batches submitted to the lab for evaluation.
• Follow 5S and Good Manufacturing procedures to maintain housekeeping and ensure compliance with safety and environmental laws.
• Proper handling of Allergen products and equipment according to Allergen Control Procedures; report deviations to management and QA and set product aside until further instructed. What We're Looking For

• Salary range: $17.34 - $27.56 per hour.
