The role of Component Validation Engineer will be based in our location in Lublin, Poland

Lead and coordinate calibration and validation activities across projects
Manage team resources: budgeting (CAPEX/OPEX), capacity planning, and allocation
Recruit, develop, and evaluate team members, including defining training plans
Ensure timely delivery and high quality of team outputs
Define, implement, and improve tools, methods, and validation processes
Monitor project progress using KPIs and provide regular reporting
Ensure compliance with internal processes (e.g., 9311, 9320) and industry standards (ASPICE, ISO 26262)
Act as the main point of accountability toward internal and external customers (including OEMs)
Drive continuous improvement and define technology roadmaps for validation and calibration
Oversee laboratory resource planning and coordination
Profile
~5 years of experience in calibration, validation, or testing within mechatronic systems
Strong expertise in mechatronics, system analysis, and validation
Solid background in electronics testing and calibration methodologies
Knowledge in software (MATLAB Simulink)
Analytical thinking with strong synthesis ability
Team-oriented and collaborative approach
Result-driven and customer-focused
