About the Role As component validation Engineer, you will work in a test team which belongs to engineering department, reporting to the Validation Manager. You will be responsible for overall Component Validation activities during both development and operation phases in accordance with QCD commitments. What You'll Do
- Lead and execute component validation activities across development and operation phases
- Join a test team within the engineering department and report to the Validation Manager
- Ensure validation activities align with Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) commitments
- Operate measurement devices (e.g., oscilloscope) and other testing equipment
- Document results and communicate findings to the Validation Manager and broader team
- Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team What We're Looking For
- Engineering background (Bachelor degree or above in electrical or related engineering field)
- Fluent spoken and written English; good communication skills; self-motivated and eager to learn
- Proficiency in office software
- Ability to regularly use measurement devices such as oscilloscope
- Minimum 2 years experience in validation of electro-technical components or similar
- Railway experience is preferred
- Traction system knowledge preferred
- Electrical and mechanical domain background is a plus
