About the Role Chicago Trading Company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining innovative solutions that support our market participation and ensure effective management of trading operational risk. Your work will be integral in real-time monitoring of sales and pricing requests, compliance with trading venue regulations, and the generation of regulatory reports across multiple jurisdictions.
What You'll Do
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance software solutions used to monitor trading activity and manage operational risk.
- Enable real-time monitoring of sales and pricing requests to ensure timely and accurate responses.
- Ensure compliance with trading venue regulations across multiple jurisdictions and contribute to regulatory reporting processes.
- Collaborate with quantitative researchers, traders, and technology teams to deliver robust, scalable tools.
- Assist in data collection, validation, and reporting to meet regulatory requirements and firm standards.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range $175,000—$225,000 USD. This role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on skills, experience, qualifications and firm performance.
