Job title: Compliance Senior Consultant
About the Role The Compliance Senior Consultant will work on teams led by Engagement Managers and Principals to meet client contract goals. Under supervision, the role will develop and present project plans and proposals, maintain a largely client-facing posture, and oversee deliverables, timelines, and ongoing project execution. They will be responsible for quality review of all staff deliverables, with special/internal projects assigned as needed.
What You'll Do
- Support and lead consulting projects
- Lead clients in business workshops and interviews
- Develop project deliverables including data analyses, reports, process reviews and assessments, policies, and SOPs
- Develop, articulate, and present ideas and opinions
- Manage and take accountability for projects
- Provide mentorship for junior staff
- Develop relationships with clients and identify future opportunities
- Create project deliverables with some oversight by senior staff
- Support in growing the organization
- Other duties as assigned
