About the Role The Compliance Officer role reports to the Chief Compliance Officer and handles tasks supporting CTC's global compliance operations, with a focus on securities and futures trade surveillances for all CTC trading affiliates worldwide.

- Support global compliance operations with emphasis on securities and futures trade surveillances across all CTC trading affiliates worldwide.
- Assist in monitoring regulatory requirements, surveillance controls, and incident remediation in collaboration with the Chief Compliance Officer and cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of compliance processes to ensure fair, transparent, and efficient markets. What We're Looking For
- Self-motivated candidate with relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and intellectual curiosity.
- Experience in compliance, market surveillance, securities and futures across diverse geographies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: USD 150,000–200,000 per year.
- Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, determined by skills, experience, qualifications, and firm performance.
