Regulatory and corporate compliance professional who keeps the company's licences, product registrations, import permits, data protection and anti-bribery obligations current. Maintain the compliance obligations register, licence and permit calendar, and renew every item before it lapses (0%) Prepare and track NAFDAC, SON and other product registrations, import permits and regulatory submissions (0%) Review import documentation (Form M, PAAR, certificates of conformity) with logistics before shipments are committed (0%) Run third-party due diligence on suppliers, agents and customers, including sanctions and conflict-of-interest checks (0%) Administer the NDPA data-protection programme: records of processing, data-subject requests and breach response (0%) Deliver compliance training and maintain the policies on anti-bribery, gifts and hospitality, and whistleblowing (0%) Investigate reported breaches, document findings and track corrective actions to closure (0%) Report compliance status, open risks and upcoming deadlines to management monthly (0%) Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Science or a related discipline 3+ years in regulatory affairs or corporate compliance, ideally in an import, pharmaceutical, medical-device or industrial-equipment business Working knowledge of NAFDAC and SON regulatory processes and Nigerian import documentation Understanding of the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and anti-bribery obligations Excellent organisation and deadline tracking across many concurrent obligations Clear written communication for submissions, policies and investigation reports
