About the Role The Compliance Manager, Americas leads Amer Sports' global Compliance & Ethics program across North, Central, and South America, focusing on policy governance, training, communications, monitoring, and regulatory intelligence. Based in one of Amer Sports' US offices, this hybrid role reports to the Chief Compliance Officer and requires professional Spanish proficiency to support a diverse regional workforce. What You'll Do
- Maintain the company's policy framework, draft and harmonize compliance policies, and manage the Policy on Policies for consistent governance.
- Lead updates and global alignment of the Code of Conduct and other compliance-owned policies; ensure accessibility and clarity across guidance documents.
