S L S & Co. is looking for an experienced Dropout Company Secretary who has practical knowledge of corporate compliance and secretarial work. If you have completed CS Executive (or pursued the CS course), have over 2 years of relevant work experience, and are no longer pursuing the Company Secretary course, this is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in a professional CA firm.

Job Highlights Position: Compliance Executive (CS Dropout) Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month Location: Janakpuri, New Delhi Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years Preference for candidates residing near Janakpuri, Uttam Nagar, Tilak Nagar, Dwarka, Vikaspuri, Rajouri Garden, Paschim Vihar, or nearby areas. Long-term career opportunity in a Chartered Accountancy Firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute ROC and MCA compliance filings for clients.

• Prepare and maintain statutory registers and corporate records.

• Draft board resolutions, meeting notices, minutes, and other secretarial documents.

• Liaise with clients and regulatory authorities regarding compliance matters.

• Analyze compliance requirements and ensure timely statutory filings.

• Assist in company incorporation and other regulatory registrations.

• Prepare compliance reports and maintain documentation.

• Support senior professionals in day-to-day corporate compliance assignments.

• Required Skills & Qualifications

• Must-Haves

• CS Company Secretary Dropout (No longer pursuing the Company Secretary course) OR CS Executive Passed with 2+ years of practical experience and not pursuing CS anymore

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Corporate Compliance/Secretarial work

• Good knowledge of MCA Portal, ROC Compliance, and the Companies Act

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word & Outlook)

• Good communication and documentation skills

• Preferred

• Experience in a CA Firm or CS Firm

• Knowledge of company incorporation and annual compliances

• Candidates residing near Janakpuri, Uttam Nagar, Tilak Nagar, Dwarka, Vikaspuri, Rajouri Garden, Paschim Vihar, or nearby locations
