Summary
The Compliance and Regulatory Analyst at McGriff Specialty, a division of Marsh McLennan Agency, is responsible for providing compliance and regulatory services, including carrier and intermediary approvals, broker service agreements, outside producer agreements, business associate agreements, NDAs, surplus lines tax matters, insurance licences, and more. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, proficiency in company agency and accounts receivable systems, and strong client relationship and communication skills. Candidates should be adept at using Microsoft Office and able to travel occasionally. The base salary ranges from $54,700 to $101,900, with eligibility for performance-based incentives and a comprehensive benefits package. Surplus Lines Tax experience is considered a plus.
