Job title: Compliance Analyst
About the Role The Compliance Analyst is primarily responsible for monitoring monthly compliance audits in the B2Gnow System. This role includes following up with prime and subcontractors on incomplete payment audits, reporting gaps, and discrepancies in payment amounts. It also supports vendors and project teams on B2Gnow processes, contract closeout, and the evaluation of contracts within B2GNow to ensure accurate compliance information.
What You'll Do
- Monitor monthly compliance audits in the B2Gnow System.
- Follow up with prime and subcontractors regarding incomplete payment audits, missing payment reporting, and discrepancies in payment amounts.
- Provide support to vendors and project teams regarding B2Gnow processes, subcontractor reporting requirements, and system-related issues.
- Assist with contract closeout review activities to ensure compliance information is complete and accurately reflected in B2Gnow.
- Perform analysis and evaluation of contracts within the B2GNow system.
- Support the HD&C Business Operations function by reviewing the conditional and unconditional waivers received with payment applications.
- Help validate that the correct payment information has been received and reported by prime and tier one/two subcontractors for B2Gnow audits.
- Assist with compiling documentation for Prop 4 and State Grant reimbursement.
- Assist with month-end Unifier close and project close activities.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with B2Gnow or similar compliance/audit systems.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate contracts.
- Ability to coordinate with prime and tiered subcontractors (tier one/two).
- Knowledge of payment applications and waiver review processes.
- Familiarity with Prop 4 and State Grant reimbursement processes.
- Experience supporting month-end close processes (Unifier) and project close activities.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
