Job title: Compliance Analyst
About the Role We’re seeking a Compliance Analyst to help maintain and improve regulatory compliance for our remote organization in the United States. This role focuses on monitoring controls, analyzing data, and working cross-functionally to ensure adherence to laws and internal policies.
What You'll Do
- Monitor and interpret regulatory requirements relevant to our operations.
- Conduct risk assessments and data analysis to identify compliance gaps.
- Assist with policy development, controls implementation, and internal audits.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, finance, and legal teams to ensure compliant processes.
- Prepare reporting for leadership and regulators as required.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (law, compliance, risk, finance) or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years in regulatory compliance, risk management, or internal control roles.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with data privacy, anti-money laundering, sanctions, or data protection frameworks is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience with GRC tools, policy management systems, or internal audit support.
- Knowledge of US regulatory requirements and industry standards.
