Join one of New Zealand's leading apple exporters and play a key role in ensuring our Orchard and Post Harvest operations continue to meet the highest standards of regulatory compliance, food safety, certification and customer assurance.
What You'll Be Doing:
Working closely with internal teams, you'll support audit readiness, compliance coordination and due diligence activities while developing your technical expertise across the business. Key responsibilities may include:

Coordinate audit preparation, evidence collation and follow-up activities across regulatory, customer and certification programmes

Support compliance requests and assurance reporting across Orchard and Post Harvest operations

Monitor compliance schedules, corrective actions and key deadlines to ensure requirements are met

Participate in site inspections, internal audits and compliance reviews while helping identify and address improvement opportunities

Work closely with operational teams to translate compliance requirements into practical solutions and consistent ways of working

Maintain accurate records, documentation and assurance evidence within approved systems

Develop broad compliance capability across both Orchard and Post Harvest functions, progressively taking ownership of key programmes
What You'll Bring:

Experience in compliance, quality assurance, food safety, auditing, sustainability or another regulated operational environment

Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of teams

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage evidence, documentation and deadlines accurately

Confidence using Microsoft 365 and learning new systems and processes

Experience within food production, horticulture, animal products or export supply chains would be advantageous

Relevant qualifications are welcomed, however practical hands-on experience is equally valued
