$225,000 – $390,000+
Aligned Talent Acquisition is recruiting for an experienced Complex Litigation Associate Attorney opportunity with a leading Am Law 50 firm in Dallas.
This is an excellent opportunity for a litigation associate interested in sophisticated complex commercial disputes, business litigation, and high-stakes civil litigation for major companies and innovative businesses across a variety of industries.
Ideal Background
- 2–6 years of complex commercial litigation or business litigation experience
- Experience handling sophisticated commercial disputes, contract claims, business torts, corporate disputes, and other complex civil matters
- Experience litigating matters in state and federal courts
- Strong experience drafting pleadings, dispositive motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation documents
- Experience taking and defending depositions and working with fact and expert witnesses
- Experience managing complex discovery, document production, and case strategy
- Experience with hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation
- Ability to independently manage significant portions of complex matters while collaborating with partners and clients
- Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple sophisticated matters in a fast-paced environment
- Strong academic credentials
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
- Texas bar admission required or ability to become admitted
