Complex Commercial & Energy Litigation Associate Attorney
Aligned Talent Acquisition is recruiting for an experienced Complex Commercial & Energy Litigation Associate Attorney opportunity with a leading Am Law 200 firm in Dallas.
This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level to senior litigation associate with a strong commercial litigation background to join a sophisticated litigation practice handling complex business and energy-related disputes.
Ideal Background
- 4–7 years of commercial litigation experience
- Strong experience handling complex commercial and business disputes
- Experience with energy-related litigation is highly desirable
- Experience litigating sophisticated matters in state and federal courts
- Strong experience drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other litigation documents
- Experience taking and defending depositions
- Experience managing significant portions of complex litigation matters
- Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to work effectively on sophisticated, high-stakes disputes
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced litigation practice
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
- Texas bar admission required or ability to become admitted
