Job Summary
A Completion Supervisor manages and oversees the final stages of oil and gas well construction, ensuring that a drilled well is safely and efficiently prepared for production
Job Description
- Supervise Operations: Direct on-site well completion activities, such as casing, perforating, stimulation, hydraulic fracturing, and equipment installation.
- Safety and Compliance: Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards and regulatory compliance at the rig site.
- Coordinate Teams: Work closely with drilling crews, petroleum engineers, contractors, and service providers to keep projects on schedule.
- Troubleshoot and Optimize: Monitor well performance data, resolve technical challenges, and recommend process improvements to maximize production.
- Reporting: Prepare daily operational reports and maintain detailed records of site activities for management

Requirements & Qualifications

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in petroleum, mechanical, or electrical engineering

Certifications: Standard industry safety and well-control certifications, such as IWCF, IADC, or BOSIET

- Managing multicultural or offshore rig team
