About the Role S. Rajwanshi & Co. is offering 5 Company Secretary Trainee positions as part of a 21-month training program designed to provide practical exposure to corporate secretarial practice, compliance, drafting, and regulatory coordination in the corporate law domain. This role provides hands-on learning in a peer-reviewed PCS firm environment.
What You'll Do
- Execute day-to-day secretarial and compliance tasks under the guidance of senior professionals.
- Prepare and maintain statutory registers, records, minutes, and compliance-related documentation.
- Assist in ROC compliances, annual filings, and corporate legal reporting under the Companies Act.
- Draft board meeting agendas, notices, resolutions, and supporting secretarial documents.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities, consultants, and internal teams for compliance follow-ups.
- Support matters related to corporate litigation and case coordination before NCLT, NCLAT, and the Delhi High Court.
- Track deadlines, filings, and documentation to ensure timely compliance.
- Contribute to research, drafting, and day-to-day secretarial work to strengthen practical learning.
What We're Looking For
- ICSI Executive passed
- Completed 30-day EDP
- Interest in corporate secretarial practice and compliance
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and document handling
- Basic working knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Excel
- Ability to learn quickly and manage deadlines
- Prior internship or exposure in a PCS firm (preferred)
- Knowledge of the Companies Act, ROC filings, and statutory compliance
- Understanding of board meeting procedures and secretarial drafting
- Familiarity with corporate litigation and regulatory processes
- Strong analytical and coordination skills
- Discipline, accountability, and a professional attitude
Nice to Have
- Prior internship or exposure in a PCS firm (preferred)
Compensation & Benefits
- Stipend: Up to ₹12,000 per month (based on interview performance).
