Job Summary
Join India’s largest publicly listed real estate company and learn the ropes of corporate governance on a massive scale. We are looking for a newly qualified CS to join our Gurugram office and support our secretarial functions. This is an “immediate hire” role for a professional who is ready to jump into the heart of corporate compliance in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities

Execute statutory filings and documentation under the Companies Act, 2013.

Analyze listing requirements to ensure DLF’s continued compliance as a market leader.

Liaise with internal departments to prepare data for annual reports and quarterly disclosures.

Support the secretarial team in organizing high-level Board and Committee meetings.

Draft professional resolutions, meeting minutes, and corporate agreements.

Maintain statutory registers and ensure they are audit-ready at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications Must-haves:

Qualified Company Secretary (Immediate Joiners only).

Strong academic record and understanding of corporate law.

Residing in or willing to relocate to Gurugram.
Preferred:
-
Prior internship experience in a large corporate house.

Excellent command over written English.

Stipend & Salary
-
Stipend: ₹25,000 per month.
