The HammondCare Volunteer program is a great way for you to make a meaningful difference to the life of an older person.
We are seeking a caring and Italian speaking individual to visit our elderly client in Warrawong. Our client enjoys shopping, watching TV and gardening. She would like to meet someone to visit her at home for a cuppa and a chat.
Your impact
Volunteering as a social visitor can be a rewarding experience, both for the person you visit as well as yourself. Regular visits from volunteers can help to improve quality of life and help older people feel less isolated. Your visits will bring great joy to the client you are matched with.

HammondCare is a provider of The Aged Care Volunteer Visitors Scheme funded by the Australian Government and is established to promote links between elderly people and volunteers in their local community.

18 years or older • National Volunteer Police Check arranged and paid for by HammondCare •

a one hour visit between 9am and 4pm Monday to Sunday, visits could be weekly
