About the Role The Community Relations Officer (CRO) will foster positive relations between Dorman Long Engineering (DLE) and the communities affected by its operations. The role focuses on building trust with stakeholders and supporting the company’s community initiatives. This position is based in Lagos, Nigeria. What You'll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with communities affected by DLE operations
- Represent the company at community meetings and outreach events
- Collaborate with internal teams to address community concerns and feedback
- Assist with planning and implementing community programs and CSR initiatives
- Prepare reports and updates on community relations activities What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
- 6-8 years of proven experience in community relations or related field
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work with internal and external parties and manage projects
