About this role
About the role
Computer, by DevRev, is the only AI with shared memory built in. It builds a persistent, permission-aware knowledge graph of your customers, your product, your teams, and the relationships between them, and gets smarter with every interaction. The people who use Computer every day are our best source of insight, advocacy, and growth. This role brings them together. As Community Lead, you'll run DevRev's user-level communities: the admins, builders, and everyday users who work in our products. You'll care for three communities: 01 Customer users (Admins, agents, builders, and power users at DevRev customer companies), 02 Computer users (PLG) (Individuals and teams using Computer through self-serve, on free or paid plans), and 03 Digital communities (Our public channels where AI builders and CX/IT practitioners gather: Slack, LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, and events). Your headline outcome is a loyalty program that brings customer users back, keeps them engaged, and grows them into champions for DevRev.
Responsibilities
- Customer user community: Help design and launch a loyalty program with clear tiers, rewards, and recognition, starting with a founding cohort of champions.
- Customer user community: Run re-engagement campaigns for lapsed and low-activity customer users.
- Customer user community: Plan and host recurring touchpoints: office hours, user AMAs, build showcases, and virtual meetups.
- Customer user community: Share community engagement signals with Customer Success and Account Executives.
- Computer (PLG) user community: Welcome and onboard new self-serve users into the community.
- Computer (PLG) user community: Spotlight user-built workflows, agents, and use cases so others can adopt them.
- Computer (PLG) user community: Collect feedback, feature requests, and success stories and route them to Product and Growth.
- Digital communities: Manage DevRev's community channels day to day: posting, moderating, answering questions, and keeping conversations going.
- Digital communities: Find and support active members who create tutorials, demos, and peer content.
- Digital communities: Turn community conversations into content ideas for Marketing.
- Operations and reporting: Track and report core metrics: active members, return rate, loyalty tier progression, PLG sign-ups from community, and advocacy (reviews, references, stories).
- Operations and reporting: Keep community activity tagged and connected in DevRev so every touch is visible to the GTM team.
- Operations and reporting: Coordinate swag, gifting, and rewards for loyalty members.
