Job Description

YellowDoor Hotels is seeking a dynamic Community Manager to lead and cultivate a thriving community for 'The Living Room,' their signature restaurant and bar in Abuja.

This role is crucial for transforming the existing audience into a loyal base of Abuja's creatives and business professionals. You will be instrumental in fostering connections both online and in person, establishing a warm and recognizable brand voice, and ensuring community engagement directly translates into increased restaurant visits and bookings.

Key responsibilities include driving active conversations across Instagram, WhatsApp, and email, planning and executing at least two community events monthly, and creating engaging content such as member spotlights and weekly resources. You will also manage event budgets, coordinate with partners, and track community participation and its impact on business metrics.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven ability to measure community growth, leverage existing networks within Abuja's creative and business scenes, and excel in end-to-end event management and brand communication. Experience in hospitality or lifestyle community management is a plus.
