Responsibilities
- Manage our WhatsApp communities of virtual sales agents
- Track and follow up on agents’ sales progress
- Keep agents engaged, motivated and informed
- Share updates, listings and announcements in the groups
- Resolve agent questions or escalate where needed
Requirements
- Must be a serving corper ready to commit to a fully onsite role
- Have intermediate knowledge of content creation and social media management
- Very active on WhatsApp, comfortable managing groups
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Organized — able to track multiple agents’ progress.
