Community Health Officer
Pearl Hospital provides 24/7 Level 4 healthcare, combining outpatient and inpatient services with advanced imaging, maternity, oncology, fertility, surgical and wellness care. The Role
- The Community Health Officer will work closely with the Director of Clinical Services, the Marketing Team, and community stakeholders to strengthen community engagement, build strategic partnerships, coordinate outreach initiatives, and enhance referral linkages to the hospital.
Key Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Community Health or a related field.
- Registered with the relevant professional body.
- At least 3 years' relevant experience, preferably in a hospital or community health setting.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Experience working with Community Health Promoters, community health programs, stakeholder engagement, or healthcare outreach will be an added advantage.
