This role supports strategic initiatives that empower communities through sport, education, equality, and environmental action, aligning with Vision 2030 goals to reach 500,000 community engagement hours by 2030. What You'll Do
- Support planning and coordination of community engagement initiatives across PUMA's four impact areas, ensuring alignment with local and global goals.
- Assist with event execution and volunteer programs (e.g., charity sports events, environmental clean-ups, and inclusive community activities) to create safe, engaging experiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to amplify impact, measure outcomes, and share learnings across regions. What We're Looking For

- Strong organization and communication skills, with ability to coordinate volunteers and cross-functional partners across cultures.
- Comfortable working in a global, fast-paced environment and aligning activities with PUMA's values. Nice to Have
- Experience supporting community engagement programs or corporate volunteering.
- Familiarity with coordinating events or partnerships with NGOs.
