Corporately Lucid – Community Engagement & Post Tracking Associate
Position Summary
- The Community Engagement & Post Tracking Associate plays a vital role in ensuring that all brand content across all online accounts of Corporately Lucid and its clients, including but not limited to LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, newsletters, blog posts, and other digital platforms, is published accurately, on schedule, and with proper engagement.
- Your first obligation is to develop a complete, thorough understanding of all accounts across all brands, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand obligations.
- This role supports the project manager and content team by monitoring posts, scheduling them using the approved tools, escalating issues, and fostering community interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor each brand’s posting obligations (including frequency, timing, and content requirements, including holidays and special days).
- Verify captions, designs, and videos for accuracy, relevance, and alignment with brand standards.
- Identify and immediately escalate any missing posts, typos, or duplicate posts to the project manager or relevant managers.
- Upload and schedule posts from the content calendar into Social Pilot and Meta Business Suite to ensure timely publication.
- Double-check scheduled posts for accuracy in captions, hashtags, and media before confirming.
- Coordinate with the content manager to confirm posts are prepared in advance for holidays, weekends, and special events.
- Monitor scheduled queues to ensure posts are not missed or duplicated due to technical glitches.
- Escalate scheduling conflicts, delays, or missed posts promptly to the project manager for resolution.
- Share brand posts to stories and ensure visibility across platforms.
- Monitor DMs, collaboration requests, and comments; react or respond when appropriate.
- Escalate client-sensitive messages (DMs, collaborations, unclear comments) promptly by screenshotting and emailing them to the client.
- Support event promotion by sharing upcoming event posts to stories and amplifying educational/resourceful content.
- Maintain clear communication with the project manager and content manager regarding post status, errors, or engagement issues.
- Work closely with team members to ensure no brand is left unattended during holidays, weekends, or absences.
- Contribute to updating client obligations lists and workflows.
- Suggest tools or process adjustments to improve efficiency and accuracy in post tracking and engagement.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors in captions, hashtags, and designs.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and community engagement practices.
- Excellent communication skills to escalate issues and collaborate with managers and clients.
- Ability to multitask across multiple brands and platforms.
- Proactive, reliable, and committed to ensuring brand consistency.
