About the Role
The Datacenter Community Affairs team is part of Microsoft’s datacenter organization – Cloud Operations + Innovation (CO+I). This role is focused on fostering inclusive engagement with communities and driving programs that align with Microsoft's values. What You'll Do
- Partner with CO+I teams and external stakeholders to design and execute community programs and communications.
- Manage outreach and events to support growth and engagement within the Datacenter community.
- Collaborate across internal partners to promote an inclusive culture and positive impact on our workplace and communities. What We're Looking For
- Experience in community affairs, corporate communications, or similar operations roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence and collaborate.
