About this role

Job Summary

The Community Advisor serves as a dynamic presenter and lifestyle ambassador for Cotino®, a Storyliving by Disney™ community. More than delivering a traditional presentation, the Community Advisor listens, connects, and adapts each interaction to Guests’ individual interests, motivations, and lifestyle goals. Through thoughtful discovery and authentic storytelling, this role helps Guests envision Cotino® as part of their next chapter while preparing them for a seamless introduction to the licensed Sales Team, who manages all discussions related to homes, pricing, contracts, negotiations, and real estate transactions.
