Communications Manager

About the Role Communications Manager leads a multi-person Client Services team within the Dentsu group, overseeing strategic and operational management of client relationships and campaigns. You will develop and execute communications strategies across the full media ecosystem, drive business results in collaboration with other teams, and manage the team’s growth and P&L. What You'll Do

• Lead a multi-person CS team, including planning and organizing work, delegating tasks, providing feedback, and developing team members
• Manage clients strategically and operationally; build and maintain strong client relationships
• Prepare communications strategies considering the entire media ecosystem
• Deliver business goals in collaboration with other groups within the organization
• Actively grow existing clients with innovative projects, support tender processes, and leverage upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Oversee planning, buying and reporting processes to ensure compliance with contracts, agency standards and client requirements
• Oversee the team’s P&L (achieving financial targets and optimizing margins)
• Participate in tender processes – coordinate activities and contribute substantive input What We're Looking For
• Experience in a similar role at a media/marketing communications agency
• Broad experience leading offline campaigns, primarily TV
• Ability to manage a multi-person team and multiple projects
• High level of negotiation, communication and presentation skills
• Fluent written and spoken English and Polish
• Innovative mindset and willingness to explore new solutions
