Communication Media and Brand Officer

About the Role

StreSERT is seeking an experienced Communication Media and Brand Officer to strengthen corporate reputation, media presence, digital communications, and brand consistency through strategic content and publicity.

Key Responsibilities

• • Implement communication plans and maintain an editorial calendar.
• • Draft and edit press releases, speeches, newsletters, articles, presentations, and executive messages.
• • Translate technical and policy information into accurate, accessible content.
• • Maintain consistent messaging and brand standards across communication channels.
• • Build media relationships and coordinate interviews, press briefings, and media enquiries.
• • Monitor media coverage, public sentiment, and reputational risks.
• • Manage website updates, newsletters, social media, and multimedia content.
• • Respond to routine enquiries and escalate sensitive issues appropriately.
• • Use analytics to improve audience engagement and digital performance.
• • Plan publicity for events, stakeholder forums, and company initiatives.
• • Coordinate creative and media vendors, ensuring quality, deadlines, and budget compliance.
• • Support business development with communication materials and submit monthly performance reports.

Requirements

• • 7–8 years of relevant professional experience.
• • Strong corporate writing, editing, and communication skills.
• • Experience in media relations, digital communications, and brand management.
• • Ability to translate technical information into clear content.
• • Knowledge of social media analytics, newsletters, and reputation monitoring.
• • Strong organisational, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
• • Understanding of content approvals, copyright, confidentiality, and data protection.
