Job Summary

  • The Communication Executive will support the development and execution of corporate communication and marketing initiatives aimed at strengthening the organization’s brand image, maintaining consistent messaging, and enhancing engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
  • The role will be responsible for creating high-quality communication content, managing media relations, supporting digital communication activities, coordinating publications, and monitoring media coverage and communication performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, write, edit, and proofread communication and marketing materials, including press releases, speeches, reports, newsletters, website content, blog posts, and social media content.

  • Develop and maintain consistent brand messaging across internal and external communication channels.

  • Conduct surveys, audience research, and stakeholder engagement activities to understand perceptions, expectations, and communication needs.

  • Prepare communication reports and provide recommendations to management based on audience feedback, media coverage, and communication performance.

  • Manage and promote corporate communication content across relevant digital and social media platforms.

  • Build and maintain relationships with media representatives and coordinate interviews, media engagements, and other press activities.

  • Organize press conferences, media briefings, and other communication events for major corporate announcements.

  • Conduct media outreach and identify opportunities to increase the organization’s visibility across relevant publications and platforms.

  • Monitor, track, and maintain records of media coverage and prepare relevant analytics and performance reports.

  • Ensure all communication and marketing materials comply with approved brand guidelines and corporate standards.

  • Maintain and organize digital media archives, including photographs, videos, publications, and other communication assets.

  • Support the preparation and management of the communication budget and monitor expenditure.

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, design, website, HR, and other relevant teams to deliver communication initiatives effectively.

  • Support other corporate communication and brand-related projects as required.

  • Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, public relations, marketing communications, journalism, media relations, or a related field.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent presentation and storytelling abilities.

  • Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and content development skills.

  • Good understanding of digital and social media communication platforms.

  • Strong media relations and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Knowledge of corporate branding, publications, professional printing, and communication materials.

  • Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills.

  • High level of creativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple communication projects simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant digital communication tools.

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
