About the Role Commissioning / Pre-Commissioning HSE Supervisor reports to the Construction HSE Coordinator or, while he is the TCM HSE representative at site, reports to the Site Manager. The role ensures that all field activities are performed in accordance with the TCM HSE policy, regulations, standards and procedures, promoting preventive and corrective actions as required. What You'll Do

  • Perform hazardous analysis (JHA) and participate in job safety analysis (JSA).
  • Verify the adequacy and application of the site HSE plan and related procedures; prepare revisions as needed.
  • Update HSE documentation during construction phases when necessary.
  • Check subcontractors’ activities against HSE procedures and standards; promote corrective actions.
  • Organize, plan and participate in periodic HSE walks, inspections and audits; prepare reports and action plans; ensure timely closure of corrective actions.
  • Organize, coordinate and participate in on-site HSE training; coordinate site HSE meetings and prepare MOM.
  • Cooperate with the client on work permit issuance.
  • Lead investigations of work accidents and define corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
  • Maintain accident records and identify prevention focus areas.
  • Promote indoctrination/training of personnel and lead the site HSE committee.
  • Coordinate the site emergency response and fire prevention/fighting teams; organize drills and training.
  • Prepare the HSE section of the construction monthly progress report and other periodical reports.
  • Develop and update site HSE statistics; monitor performance against project and corporate HSE objectives and KPIs; propose recovery plans as needed. What We're Looking For
  • Knowledge & Qualifications: University Degree or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years’ experience in HSE in commissioning projects/operations in oil & gas or petrochemical industries; experience in 3 major EPC projects preferred.
  • Certifications: NEBOSH GC/IGC; ARAMCO approval is an advantage.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; attention to detail; strong teamwork; self-motivation and problem solving. Nice to Have
  • ARAMCO approval will be an advantage. Compensation & Benefits
  • Rotation: 60 days on site / 10 days off (paid) with 2 days traveling (paid).
  • Hours: 10 hours per day (including 1 hour break).
  • Location: Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia.
  • Salary: Excellent salary package with benefits; International benefits include single status, company accommodation and meals, transportation, and round-trip economy class tickets on each rotation.
