About the Role Microsoft's Cloud Operations & Innovation (CO+I) is the engine that powers our cloud services. As a CO+I Commissioning Manager, you will play a key role in delivering the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's online services including Bing, Office 365, Xbox, and OneDrive. What You'll Do
- Lead commissioning activities for CO+I infrastructure at Vaasa and surrounding locations.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and security teams to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure supporting services like Bing, Office 365, Xbox, and OneDrive.
- Manage schedules, risks, and stakeholder communications to deliver on-time deployments. What We're Looking For
- Experience in hardware engineering, commissioning, or reliability engineering.
- Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills; ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced cloud services environment.
- Familiarity with data center infrastructure, power, cooling, and safety standards. Nice to Have
- Experience with large-scale cloud deployments; knowledge of Microsoft CO+I or similar environment.
