About the Role

Well-defined support role for the Commissioning Manager, focusing on planning, execution, documentation, and handover of facilities to the Client in line with project requirements. Ensures on-site adherence to procedures and compliance with quality, health/environmental/safety regulations.

What You'll Do

  • Ensure all pre-commissioning and commissioning activities are carried out according to stated procedures and agreed schedules.
  • Review and develop inspection forms for instrument activities; prepare the detailed Instrumentation program; define daily activities and day-by-day planning in line with priorities.
  • Coordinate Field Instrument activities with the Commissioning Control Systems Superintendent to align with the Commissioning Plan; monitor progress and ensure activities stay on schedule.
  • Assign tasks to supervisors/assistants; support the CIS and cooperate with other Commissioning discipline Superintendents to achieve smooth handover within target dates.
  • Report progress; liaise with Client Project Team, Project Management, Subcontractors, and Vendors; propose mobilization of Vendors specialists when needed.
  • Organize and follow up in field all activities required to implement Vendors’ requirements; support Vendors’ specialists and coordinate with Commissioning supervisors.
  • Ensure availability of spares and consumables for commissioning activities.

What We're Looking For

  • University Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 18 years’ work experience; significant EPC Oil & Gas or Refinery project experience.
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills; good judgment and decision-making under pressure.
  • Effective communication and reporting skills; proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Special Requirements: Attention to detail and management skills.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Rotation: 60 days on site followed by 10 days off (paid) with 2 days traveling (paid).
  • Salary: Excellent salary package with benefits; accommodation provided by the company; transportation provided by the company; round trip tickets on each rotation (Economy class).
