About the Role
Commissioning Engineer responsible for testing, starting up and fine-tuning branded processing units and complete process lines for liquid foods. You will support our Market Companies and end customers worldwide, both at our production site and at customer factories, with extensive travel. The role is based in Cuautitlan, Mexico, with travel up to 150 days per year.
What You'll Do
- Work on commissioning, start-up and troubleshooting of branded processing units and process lines at customer sites.
- Delivery tests performed in our engineering workshops.
- Provide technical training and support to Tetra Pak's Market Companies.
- Occasionally assist with orders, internal sales support, customer claims, product nursing and product development, support, and audits at customer sites.
- Share knowledge with colleagues within the team and Market Companies on technical matters and behavior.
- What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Automation, Mechanical, Processing or Electrical Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in the dairy or food industry, and/or experience working with Tetra Pak equipment.
- Solid understanding of PLC programming, ideally with Rockwell and Siemens platforms.
- Strong communication skills, flexible and results oriented.
- Systematic approach and good documentation skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
